SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description

When you opt in to SMS messages during the service-request intake, RVDesk (operated by Inertia Solutions, LLC) will send you transactional text messages related to your RV service request. These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Estimate delivery notifications
  • Service status updates (parts ordered, job complete, etc.)
  • A magic-link to access your customer portal

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on service activity, typically 2–6 messages per service request.

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to any message we send you. You will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from us. You can re-enroll at any time by replying START to any of our messages, or by completing a new service-request intake and opting in again.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include (but are not limited to): AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, and MetroPCS.
