Terms of Service
Last updated: April 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RVDesk service-request platform ("Platform"), operated by Inertia Solutions, LLC ("Inertia Solutions", "we", or "us"). By submitting a service request you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
The Platform allows you to submit service requests, receive estimates, approve work, and track the status of your RV repair or inspection. The Platform is used by independent mobile RV technicians ("Technician") to manage their customer workflow; Inertia Solutions provides the software only and is not a party to any repair contract between you and the Technician.
2. Estimates and authorization
An estimate delivered through the Platform is a not-to-exceed (NTE) authorization. By digitally signing an estimate you authorize the Technician to perform the described work up to the quoted amount. Final invoiced amounts may be less if fewer labor hours or parts are required. Amounts in excess of the NTE require your separate written approval before work proceeds.
3. Digital signatures
Clicking "Approve & Sign" on an estimate constitutes your legally binding electronic signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). You confirm that you have authority to authorize the described repair and that you intend to be bound.
4. Warranty claims
If you indicate that work is covered by an extended or factory warranty, you represent that you have active coverage for the described repair. You authorize us to submit the warranty claim on your behalf and agree to pay any amounts not covered by your warranty provider.
5. Payment
Payment terms are set by the Technician and communicated at the time of service completion. The Platform does not process payments directly.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
Contact the Technician directly to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation policies (if any) are set by the Technician, not by Inertia Solutions.
7. User conduct
You agree not to submit false information, misuse the Platform, or attempt to access other customers' data. We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse.
8. Limitation of liability
Inertia Solutions provides the Platform "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inertia Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from repairs performed by the Technician. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid to Inertia Solutions in connection with your account in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Washington.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
